Made in Germany

Our fabrics are developed and manufactured entirely in Germany. For quality you can rely on.

European value creation, guaranteed

At Rohleder, ‘Made in Germany’ is not just a marketing slogan, but a reality we live by. Our entire production takes place in Konradsreuth, Upper Franconia – a region with a long-standing textile tradition and expertise.

We source 100% of our yarns from European suppliers. This consistent European sourcing strategy across the entire value chain guarantees:

Top quality

Short delivery times

Transparency

Sustainability

Accountability that can be measured

We have pioneered the way as Europe’s first climate-neutral weaving mill for interior design fabrics. We have been producing in a carbon-neutral manner since 2021 and are part of the Furniture Industry Climate Pact. Our Certificate of Verified Carbon Unit (VCU) Retirement confirms that we fully offset our CO2 emissions through the purchase of carbon credits.

Furthermore, we publish sustainability reports on a voluntary basis – out of conviction, not because we are obliged to. Our focus is on manufacturing durable products. For us, quality is the most important contribution to sustainability, because a fabric that lasts for decades is the most sustainable of all.

Success starts with working together

With just under 160 employees at our Konradsreuth site, we are a major employer in the region. Our team spirit and our corporate culture, in which all departments work closely together, form the basis of our success.
