Technical Roles

Start your technical apprenticeship at Rohleder and lay the foundations for a future with state-of-the-art machinery, innovative technology and real career prospects.

Where technology meets textiles

In our production facilities, state-of-the-art looms, highly sophisticated control systems and precision engineering work in perfect harmony. This is where fabrics are created that are prized worldwide – thanks to the combination of technology and expertise.

Textile Production Technician (m/f/d)

You will learn how our weaving machines work, and how to set them up, maintain them and optimise their performance. Textile engineering is a challenging and varied field – every fabric has its own characteristics, and every machine its own quirks. You will be using your hands just as much as your mind.

Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

You keep our machines running. From replacing wear parts and carrying out maintenance to complex repairs – you’re in demand wherever technical expertise is required. In our in-house metal workshop, you’ll also have the opportunity to fabricate and modify machine parts.
