The 4-day working week as a full-time model

Since 2023, our staff have been working just four days a week – on full pay. More time for family, hobbies and relaxation. One of the reasons why our staff enjoy working here so much.

An above-average holiday

24 days’ holiday on a 4-day working week – that’s equivalent to 30 days on a standard 5-day working week. On top of that, there are the Fridays off. In total, you can take six weeks off each year.
