Your responsibilities

Machine operation & monitoring
Operation and monitoring of our weaving machines.

Set-up & Maintenance
Setting up the machines (starting up, threading, tying off, etc.) as well as minor maintenance work.

Quality assurance
Quality control of the finished fabrics.

Process optimisation
Assisting with the optimisation of production processes.

Induction & Teamwork
Assisting with the induction of new employees.

Further development & prospects
Optional: Taking on coordination tasks with the prospect of becoming a foreman.

Your profile

  • Completed training as a weaver, textile machine operator or equivalent qualification
  • Work experience in weaving, ideally as a weaver or with experience as a master weaver
  • Knowledge of velour weaving is desirable but not essential
  • High standards of quality, technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and a sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work shifts
