Rohleder’s Academy is our contribution to your sales success. We believe that well-trained sales staff are the key to success – which is why we actively share our knowledge with your teams.

Our dedicated merchandising team supports furniture manufacturers, particularly in the DACH region. Our staff regularly visit retail customers to train sales staff directly at the point of sale. These practical training sessions impart not only product knowledge but also sales techniques and sales pitches.

In addition, we regularly invite sales staff to Konradsreuth. Here, your staff will gain a comprehensive insight into our production processes, learn about the distinctive features of our different fabrics, and discover what makes Rohleder fabrics so unique.
